Article Submission Fee

Authors are not charged any submission fee. All manuscripts can be submitted free of charge and will proceed through the editorial and peer-review process based solely on their academic quality.

Article Publication Fee (APC)

The Article Processing Charge (APC) is payable only after the manuscript has been officially accepted for publication. This fee covers copyediting, layout editing, DOI registration, online publication, and long-term archiving.

Penalty Fee

A penalty fee will be imposed on authors who request to withdraw or retract their manuscript after it has been published. This policy is intended to maintain publication ethics and to acknowledge the editorial, peer-review, production, and indexing processes that have already been completed.

All publication fees are charged only in accordance with the journal's official policies. Authors are encouraged to review these policies carefully before submitting their manuscripts.
